Unfortunately, due to the new contract and policy changes from Superior vision, we will be unable to properly care for and fulfill the needs of our patients. Because of this, we will be terminating our contract and no longer be participating providers with them AFTER April 30th, 2014. If you are currently on Superior vision, please call us to schedule an appointment before April 30th so we can get you in before then.
